At My Snarky Tees, every item is made just for you when you place your order. Because we print on demand, production takes a little longer than buying from a traditional retailer—but it also helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 -2 days of the order being received.
- During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
United States
 Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada
 Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and current carrier rates.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different
fulfillment centers. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Customs & Duties (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer if they apply.


Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, we'll contact you regarding reshipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
